Lake Moultrie is a 60,000 acre lake that is the third largest lake in South Carolina. It is located in Berkeley County, South Carolina. It is fed by Lake Marion through a diversion canal and shares the distinction with Lake Marion of being the birthplace of America's inland striped bass fishery.
