Fishing Report Lake Texoma Oklahoma - 2011-05-09 #14
Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 65 and mostly clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair to good on deep diving crankbaits, spinnerbaits and plastic worms at 5-15 ft. in the creek channels. Striped and white bass fair to good on live bait, sassy shad and cut shad at 15-20 ft. from Alberta Creek to the north around the drop offs.
Channel and blue catfish fair to good on live bait, worms and cut baits at 10-20 ft. from Platter Flats to the north to the Washita River. Crappie fair to good on minnows and jigs at 5-15 ft. in the upper ends of the creeks and around underwater brush piles. Sunfish good at 5-10 ft. on worms, shrimp and small tube jigs around the fishing docks and shorelines with riprap.
