A small group of men from our church had an a.m. Fishing tournament today. The largest fish was an 18 inch LM bass. The fish were in the shallows in prespawn/ spawn mode. They'd hit cranks occasionally, but were biting more consistenty on soft plastics when move slowly across the bottom-lizards especially.
