Some good news here- the king salmon are on a good bite. Target the depths from
40' to 80' off the dam, McClure Point or Piney Creek. Effective lures this past
week: rolling threadfin shad or anchovies, RGT Hoochies or Apexes. Kings are running three-plus pounds. Rainbows are healthy but seem scattered throughout the lake, with some schooled above Horseshoe Bend from the surface down to 20', hitting blade/crawler combos. Bows to two pounds.
