The Pemadumcook Chain of Lakes is essentially one continuous body of water fed by three major drainage systems: the West Branch Penobscot River, Nahamakanta Stream, and Jo Mary Lakes. The lakes are Ambajejus, Elbow, North Twin, Pemadumcook and South Twin Lake.

Fishing Description: 

The chain of lakes has a large warm-water fish populations with lots of white perch and pickerel naturally present in the lakes. The chain also has a good supply of lake trout and landlocked salmon.
