Fishing licenses not yet in tackle shops

OCEAN CITY -- Shore anglers who want to buy a new saltwater fishing license can call a phone number, visit a website or stop by one of two locations in the region: a government office and a big box store. But if they stop by their nearby bait and tackle shop, for now, they'll get a shrug because the shops aren't yet allowed to sell the licenses.
