Got an email from Fred R. Howes a Fishery Biologist from the Kentucky Dept. of Fish & Wildlife Res. He said

"I don’t know the exact date when Greenbo will received its final stocking of Rainbow Trout (5,500) for this season but it will most probably be during the first two weeks in February. Even this time frame could be in question due to adverse weather conditions or lake conditions (frozen lake) at that time."
